to welcome 2018: super healthy cocoa fudge balls
We have reached the end of another year!
It is now time to think about the most important moments that we lived in 2017 and on what we should have striven to be better for ourselves and those around us. 2017 was an important year for me and him, both personally and with with the blog. We keep our focus into the project and we want to take this project forward because it makes us happy and because we want to share much more with you!

And now to welcome 2018, we present you these delicious cocoa fudge balls that will fool the most greedy! With only 5 ingredients, they are the healthiest fudge balls that you can find. We made these fudge balls for our Christmas table but they will also be an excellent choice for the New Year table.

Ingredients (gives +/- 16 fudge balls)
- 1/2 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder (from Iswari)
- Raw cocoa powder
- Dried raspberry powder
Bring all ingredients (except raw cocoa powder) to a food processor and mix it all nicely. Put the batter in a small saucepan and add the raw cocoa. Stirring always on medium heat and let it get the consistency of a ball (attention to this step because if the mixute gets to soft you will not be able to shape the fudge balls). Spread on a board and let it cool. Grab small pieces of dough and form the fudge balls in the form of balls. Sprinkle with toppings.
